LYON RUM is the flagship spirit of Windon Distilling Company in Saint Michaels, Maryland. Since 2012, the distillery has specialized in a line of signature rums paying tribute to the rich, spirited traditions of the Eastern Shore. Starting with intentionally-sourced raw ingredients (100% Louisiana cane sugar & molasses), LYON RUM is a true cane-to-glass spirit – mashed, fermented, and double-distilled in small pot stills by hand – resulting in a remarkable final product. This distinct & bold spirit has redefined the category of New American Rum, and was named Best Craft Rum in the USA in 2020 + 2021.
