Starlight Distillery is located in Starlight, IN just 30 minutes north of Louisville, KY. Located on the property at Huber’s Orchard & Winery, Starlight produces bourbon, brandy, vodka, blackberry whiskey, and gin. Our distillers produce high-quality bourbons sold as single barrels and blended for a variety of finishing barrels which add unique complexities to our straight bourbon and rye single barrel whiskeys. With over 50 acres of heirloom corn varieties, Starlight grows, mashes, mills, distills, and bottles everything on their 700 acre property. 7 generations, 700 acres, and 179 years of history for the Huber Starlight Distillery family.
