Since opening our Lemont brewery in September of 2014, Roselle brewery in 2017, and our St Charles distillery in 2019 we have always focused on keeping our beer and spirits clean and consistent with a strong focus on balance. Our St Charles distillery offers our largest customer experience and a beautiful view of our distilling operations as well as the historic Fox River. Keep an eye out for a constant rotation of special cocktails, and spirits to go.
