Located in Fort Pierce on the beautiful Treasure Coast, Islamorada Brewery & Distillery opened in 2017 with the goal of capturing the essence of the Florida Keys — where natural beauty meets the ultimate blend of relaxation and recreation — in our lineup of hand-crafted, small batch spirits.
Inspired by the rich history of island rums and Islamorada Rum Runners, we started crafting our line of spirits with two barrel aged rums, both of which are grounded in the traditional methods of rum making but with our own unique twist, maturing while they absorb the vibrant flavors of oak and island air. Complementing these award-winning rums is our robust Spiced Rum, a zesty blend of spices, oak, and vanilla. We extended into Vodka, using a corn base to create a super smooth, gluten free spirit that is at once cleanly neutral and distinct. This profile provides the ideal base to showcase the botanical notes of our two contemporary Gins: one that captures the citrusy flavors associated with the Florida Keys and the other distilled and macerated with local hibiscus for a fresh floral character.
