Located about 20 minutes east of Madison, Wisconsin, Dancing Goat was founded in 2015. The Dancing Goat is a unique distillery where passion, creativity, and imagination combine with more than 70 years of industry experience to take traditional spirit categories in new and innovative directions. The result is esoteric brands with unique and many times new and unexpected flavor profiles. We are focused on providing customers a truly unique experience when visiting Dancing Goat including guided tastings, cocktail classes, tours, a gin school and more. Our facility is over 34,000 square feet with 4 stills in operation and over 7,000 barrels aging in the first true open-air Kentucky style rickhouse in the state of Wisconsin.
